The Lightweight Champ!
Our ACE JK Pro Series Aluminum Front Bumper comes with everything you love about our steel version, now without the weight!

Weighing in at just 40 pounds, this bumper remains fully featured due to some crafty engineering. We've added a steel winch plate with integrated D ring holders that lies underneath the aluminum bumper. This allows you to mount a winch, have strong recovery points and still keep the added weight to your JK minimal. The aluminum shell simply slips over this plate and installs like our steel version.

Our Integrated LED Light bar provision remains unchanged. The provision allows for a 10" or 20" Waterproof LED Light Bar to be placed directly into the front of the bumper, and the mount is recessed to help protect the light from damage. The bumper also comes in a no-light version in the event that you want the bumper without the light provision. The LED Light Bar is not included and must be purchased separately.

Description

Slim and Strong
The minimal design is great for crawling. It comes with a slim width and profile that allows for aggressive approach angles and maximum ground clearance.
Installation
This bumper takes a bit more work to install than our Stubby, but it's not beyond the reach of your average handy Jeeper. The crash bar needs to be removed, and the frame horn requires trimming to accommodate for the slim design. If you're running a 12 or newer JK, the vacuum pump will need to be relocated as well. Vacuum pump relocation instructions can be viewed here. If that's a bit beyond your skill set, we can install at our shop, or point you in the direction of an installer in your area.
The Kitchen Sink
Grade 8 mounting hardware comes with the bumper, along with the hidden steel winch mounting plate and recovery tabs. The bumper comes black texture powder-coated, ready for installation.
